The VERCIDA story begins on Chief Executive Officer, Morgan Lobb’s, kitchen table. He started the award-winning jobs and diversity website in 2010, then called diversityjobs.co.uk. The idea sprang direct from his experience that, in a recruitment industry full of bias, people from under-privileged backgrounds and diverse communities face multiple forms of discrimination. Morgan’s mission was simple – to challenge the industry norm by proving a platform that offers access to employment for everyone.
In 2017 the company rebranded to VERCIDA. And also teamed up with Dan Robertson to create VERCIDA Consulting.com. Widely recognized as an expert on unconscious bias and inclusive leadership, Dan is driven by a passion is to constructively challenge existing organisational norms and ways of working, by offering an evidence-based approach to inclusive culture change.
Fast forward to 2019 VERCIDA Group is now a global leader in inclusion management. As a group we offer our clients a total management service, with expertise in the areas of inclusive recruitment, inclusion training, and diversity and inclusion consulting services.
To date VERCIDA Group has helped millions of people find the right employment and it is Europe’s largest diversity and inclusion-focused careers website. Our training and consulting services are helping to make positive change happen with companies large and small all over the world.
