On August 15th, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leaders from around the world will gather to discuss the first UK Job Seeker Diversity Index. Brought to you by Vercida Group, the index explores what diverse candidates are looking for in potential employers, which roles are most in demand, which industries are meeting the needs of diverse candidate groups and which may be failing. The index analyses data from over 2 million candidate interactions from 2022/2023 and is the first of its kind.
